Request Data Deletion
Crafty AI respects your right to delete your data. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and all associated information.
info What gets deleted
When you request account deletion, we will remove all personal data associated with your Crafty AI account, including:
- check_circle Account profile (name, email, profile photo from Google Sign-In)
- check_circle All generated projects, images, and saved designs
- check_circle Credit history and balance records
- check_circle Firebase authentication record

Send an email
Email us at privacy@crafty-ai.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request — Crafty AI".
Include your account email
In the email body, include the Google account email address you used to sign in to Crafty AI. This is how we identify your account.
Confirmation
We'll reply within 7 business days confirming your deletion request. Once confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

- circle Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- circle Any unused purchased credits will be forfeited upon deletion.
- circle You can also delete your account directly within the app under Profile → Delete Account.
